Advice for Clients Attending an Appointment on Vimeo.

Following the easing in some government restrictions, we have now been informed that we are able to offer face to face appointments from offices.

We have chosen to open 2 offices to begin with in Kirkcaldy and in Glenrothes, with a view in the coming weeks to open other offices only as appropriate.

You should note that face to face appointments are a last resort and there is NO DROP IN SERVICE available. Please do not visit one of the offices unless you have an appointment.  Appointments, which are limited to a maximum of 45 minutes, will only be given by one of our telephone advisers where an issue cannot be resolved over the telephone or by webchat. We would ask all those who are contacting our services not to expect an appointment, our trained advisers will assess, based on your individual circumstances, whether an appointment is absolutely necessary.

Please also note that face coverings are mandatory in our offices, so where you have been given an appointment you will be expected to wear one unless you are exempted.  We do have a small number of face coverings available for you to use if necessary.

A short video has been created to show what to expect on arrival at the office and you should watch and familiarise yourself with the contents.
