CARF - A Living Wage Employer

In May 2015 CARF was officially recognised as a Living Wage Employer, the only Citizens Advice Bureau to be accredited in Scotland.

CARF believe that it is important to support employees and their families to have a decent standard of living and even though CARF have only recently been accredited they have been paying the Living Wage or above since October 2013.

Less than 1% of UK Charities have become accredited Living Wage Employers but we hope that by leading the way in the voluntary sector more employers will follow suit and will also reap the benefits of being able to attract, retain and develop good staff.
