CARF Annual Report Demonstrates Scope of Work

Date published: 4th December 2020

CARF is proud to release its 2019/20 Annual Report which shows the scale of the work undertaken as well as a brief glimpse inside the organisation.

The report shows the organisation helped over 14,000 clients with nearly 50,000 issues and put over £12m back into the pockets of some of the most vulnerable in society. The report also details how targeted projects, including Macmillan, Cosy Kingdom and Armed Services Advice Project have been assisting.

David Redpath, CEO of CARF commented, “The report is a snapshot of what goes on in CARF each day and shows the scale and success of our work. The current situation means more and more people are likely to turn to us for advice and support and we will make sure that we can deliver this and continue to build on the good work”.

He continued, “The contribution of volunteers continues to be huge with over 29,000 hours delivered last year. Without this, the organisation would obviously be less effective and my thanks go to each and every one of our volunteers for their efforts”.
