CARF Evidence Influences Committee Report

Following our update in February when CARF submitted written evidence to the Protected Trust Deed Consultation at the Economy, Energy & Fair Work Committee at the Scottish Parliament, the Committee have now reported on the evidence received, their findings and recommendations. CARF welcomes the findings supporting a review of the Protected Trust Deed legislation to ensure protection and support for debtors in particular regarding the provision of free debt advice.
