CARF Trials New General Telephone Line Hours

In order to provide the best service possible for those accessing our service, we are trialling new hours for our general telephone advice line. The lines will operate between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday to Friday from Thursday 15th July and should lead to reduced call waiting times for all needing our assistance and improve your experience. Therefore, from Thursday 15th July, the following will apply:

0345 1400 095 will operate from 10:00 to 15:00
0345 1400 092 will operate from 10:00 to 15:00
0345 1400 091 will operate from 10:00 to 15:00

Our money advice line (0345 1400 094) will remain operating between 08:30 to 16:00 Monday to Friday for debt related enquiries only.
