CARF's Volunteer Development Officer Needs You!

Date published: 27th July 2017

Dear Fifers,

I deliver training at CARF and this is the time of year when we look for new volunteer advisers to join us.  The general adviser role is interesting and a challenging one.  You will gain an overall understanding of all areas of advice, including benefits.

We want to support as many people as we can, but to do this, we need more volunteers in general, but especially advisers.  You will receive plenty of support and training (including online) throughout and have plenty of opportunities to shadow existing volunteers and staff.  In return, we just need a regular contribution of time from you.

We are looking for new volunteers that share the passion of the organisation to help people, are willing to continue learning and can use a computer.  Your contribution will help to make a significant change to the lives of people of Fife.

Could you help us?  Could you help your fellow Fifers? If you can, that's great!

If you want to learn more about our volunteers and their experience, please see our video.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Please fill in your details here and I'll be in touch - just select 'Volunteer' as the reason for contacting.

Yours hopefully,

Catriona
