In-Person Advice Sessions Are Back Across Local Offices

We’re delighted to announce the return of in-person advice sessions at several of our local offices. Face-to-face support is now available in Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Leven, and Cowdenbeath, with more information coming soon for our Cupar and Dunfermline offices.

These sessions are designed to offer quick, effective support in a welcoming, professional setting. Here’s what you can expect during your visit:

25-minute focused appointments – Each session is structured to provide prompt and efficient advice tailored to your needs.
Follow-up support if needed – Should your issue require more time or further guidance, we’ll arrange additional appointments either in person or over the phone, depending on what your situation requires.

Office Opening Times

Please check the session times before your visit, as they vary by location. Offices close 45 minutes after the last advice session of the day.
