Money Advice in the Time of Coronavirus

Date published: 15th May 2020

The Money Advice team at CARF is continuing to support existing and new clients. Although our offices remain closed our staff are working remotely to answer any queries where answers cannot be found online or where you already have a case with us.

Your Money Adviser can be contacted on the telephone number they provided to you at your appointment or you can call the Money Advice helpline on 03451 400 094, Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 4 pm.

If your appointment was originally arranged from 25th March onwards and had to be cancelled we will be contacting you to offer a telephone appointment. We would advise you to consider going ahead with this where practicable as waiting times and demand may increase in the future when changes to current legislation and lockdown guidance occur.
