Money Talks Team
Date published: 15th December 2020Our Money Talks Team (MTT) plays a key role in improving access to financial health checks for pregnant mothers and families with children under the age of 1 year across Fife.
The team carry out diagnostic interviews with their clients to determine whether they are eligible to apply for benefits or are entitled to access other income maximisation support.
Referrals to the Money Talks Team project can be made by the Mother’s / Family’s Health Visitor or Family Nurse. Referrals can also be made by Social Work, other healthcare providers and other agencies working with the family.
Expectant Mothers / families with young children under the age of 1 can also self- refer by contacting the project by email at MTT@carfonline.org.uk.
During current restrictions, our Money Talks Team, Isla and Claire, will provide you with advice, information and support by means of a telephone appointment in the convenience of your own home.
