Suspension of Face to Face Appointments

Following the First Ministers announcement this afternoon (4th January), we have made the difficult decision to suspend face to face appointments at this stage.

If you have an appointment scheduled in any of our offices you do not need to do anything. One of our advisers will contact you to discuss how we can help with your query. Please do not visit any of our frontline offices as they will not be open.

We will review this suspension in line with Scottish Government advice and we do hope that this is a temporary decision.
