How to Get Advice and Assistance During the Pandemic
Although all our offices are currently closed our advisers are still here to provide you with advice and assistance through these troubling times.
Advice Routes
Self Help - In the first instance, we would ask clients to visit our website where possible. Our website contains the most up to date advice on all those issues we deal with as a Citizens Advice Bureau. It’s always available, day and night, and is a very useful and helpful resource
Telephone - If you cannot find the information you require, please contact 0345 1400 095 for general enquiries or 0345 1400 094 for debt advice or Text Service for the Deaf Community 0787 2677 904. Our lines are open Monday - Friday, 8.30 am– 4 pm.
Webchat – We also offer a webchat service, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am – 4 pm. To access visit our website where you can chat live to an adviser.
We hope that we will be able to return to providing face to face advice from our local offices soon. In the meantime, our advisers are working from home so our service can operate as close to normal as possible.
