Citizens Advice Guide: Coronavirus - what it means for you

If you cannot find the answer you are looking for then please get in touch. Our telephone advice unit is available on 0345 1400 095, from 08:30 to 16:00 hours. The web-chat facility is also open during these hours.

Please, if you have been to an affected area, had contact with an infected person or have symptoms, DO NOT enter our buildings.  Instead use our website or call us for advice.  We have put signs at the entrance to all our offices as a reminder.  Unfortunately, some of our outreach clinics in the community not based within our own premises may have to be closed to ensure the team are available on the telephone and web chat.  You can keep up to date with any emergency closures on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

If you have an existing appointment with us we will be calling you beforehand to check on your health and may have to change a face to face appointment to a telephone appointment.

Our team of staff and volunteers are working incredibly hard to continue to provide accurate and high quality advice during this time and will retain an increased distance from you during any face to face contact.  This is not only for your benefit but an effort to protect the team and our existing clients who have health conditions or are currently undergoing medical treatment.

Thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.
